Ahh! My head is starting to hurt.
The Physics system inside jME is good - but complicated. Its difficult to solve problems also because there are few people that properly understands the internals and complicated actions which are involved. There are some nasty complications between methods I might call for altering my objects in 3D space - and how those are updated and represented (if at all) in physics space.
If the physics came as a default option in engines it would mean I could alter stuff in 3D space and it would assume I want to apply physics - but thats not that reusable and there are probably many arguments against that!
Anyhow - making progress - but now very tired.
